Applications to attend will be received from individual participants starting at 10:00 am., February 1, 2025, until 5:00 pm., February 28, 2025. It is recommended during this time for districts to identify members of their District Implementation Team so individuals can apply to attend. Districts will have access to a portal to view and monitor their applicants.
Email notifications will be sent out to applicants in early April to confirm event participation.
From March 31 until 10 days before the event starts, applications will be received and placed on the wait list. Replacements for canceled applications will be filled from the wait list in the order received and may happen the week before the event.
One application per individual is allowed. If duplicate applications are made for the same individual, the registrar will contact the individual to determine which application will be kept active and which will be canceled.
FDOE will NOT be paying stipends for attendance, nor will it provide travel accommodation. Please check with your district for its plans for professional learning points, stipends and travel arrangements. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the event.
